4.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However:

4.2 Prescription Medicines

By ordering prescription medicines, you confirm:

• The prescription is genuine and issued to you or the patient you represent
• The prescription is valid and not expired (typically valid for 6 months)
• The doctor is registered with the appropriate medical council
• You authorize us to verify the prescription with the prescribing doctor if needed

4.3 Not Medical Advice

Product information on our Platform is for informational purposes only and does NOT constitute medical advice. Always consult your healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any medication.

6. Prescription verification by our pharmacist (2-4 hours)
7. Order confirmation and dispatch

5.2 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by PowerNosh. We may reject or cancel orders due to:

• Invalid or unverifiable prescription
• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment issues
• Suspected fraud
• Delivery restrictions

5.3 Pricing & Taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST
• Prices may change without prior notice
• Price at time of order confirmation is final

• ✗ Interfere with Platform security or functionality
• ✗ Engage in fraudulent transactions

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to PowerNosh and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission
• Use our trademarks without written authorization
• Create derivative works from our content
• Reverse engineer our software

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PowerNosh, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share
• Your fraudulent or illegal activities

Dispute Resolution Process:

2. Mediation: If unresolved, parties agree to good-faith mediation
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Indian Arbitration Act, 1996
4. Litigation: As a last resort, courts in [City, State], India

PowerNosh reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or prominent website notification.
