Understand when and how you can cancel your PowerNosh order
You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel:

Once your order containing temperature-sensitive medicines like Tirzepatide (Yurpeak) has been dispatched:
Why? Pharmaceutical regulations require that once a cold-chain product leaves the controlled environment, it cannot be restocked due to safety concerns. This protects all patients.
For orders containing only non-temperature-sensitive items (healthcare devices, OTC products, etc.):
When you're entitled to a refund for medicines purchased from PowerNosh
Product arrived with physical damage, broken seals, or crushed packaging. Photo evidence required within 24 hours of delivery.
You received a different medicine, wrong strength, or different quantity than what was ordered. We'll arrange exchange or full refund.
Product was expired at delivery OR has less than 3 months to expiry date. All products should have minimum 6+ months validity.
Tirzepatide or other cold-chain medicines arrived warm, without cold packs, or with evidence of temperature exposure. Do NOT use such products.
Signs of tampering, missing items, unusual color/particles in injectable, or manufacturing defects visible upon inspection.
If your order is lost in transit or not delivered within the promised timeframe, you're entitled to full refund after investigation.
Any medicine that has been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery
Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery without valid justification
Products damaged due to improper storage by customer (e.g., not refrigerating cold-chain items)
Buyer's remorse, no longer needed, or decided not to use the medication
Your doctor modified your treatment after you placed the order
Any medicine or product not purchased directly from PowerNosh
â ī¸ Legal Note: As per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945, once a medicine has left the seller's premises and been delivered to the customer, it cannot be restocked or resold due to potential contamination, tampering, or improper storage risks. This is a patient safety requirement, not a business policy.

The timeline mentioned is from the date PowerNosh initiates the refund. Actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time. During bank holidays, it may take an additional 1-2 days.
For COD orders, you'll need to provide your bank account details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name) for the refund. We do not refund in cash.
If your order contains multiple items and only one is damaged/wrong, refund will be processed only for the affected item.
If the refund is due to our error (wrong product, damage, etc.), shipping charges are fully refunded. If refund is for partial order, proportional shipping may be deducted.
For orders placed with discounts or promotional offers, refund amount will be the actual amount paid, not the MRP value.

Common questions about our refund policy
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Contact us immediately at +91-8003467285 or WhatsApp. Once the order is dispatched (especially cold-chain medicines like Tirzepatide), cancellation is not possible due to temperature-sensitive handling requirements. Full refund is provided for orders cancelled before dispatch.
Due to pharmaceutical safety regulations under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, medicines cannot be returned once delivered unless they are: (1) Damaged during transit, (2) Expired or near-expiry at delivery, (3) Wrong product delivered, or (4) Defective/tampered packaging. This policy exists to ensure patient safety and prevent contamination.
Once your refund is approved: UPI/Wallet refunds are processed within 24-48 hours, Credit/Debit card refunds take 5-7 business days, Net Banking refunds take 5-7 business days, and COD refunds via bank transfer take 7-10 business days. You will receive SMS and email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
If your cold-chain medicine arrives damaged, with broken cold-chain, or with compromised packaging: Do NOT use the product. Take photos/videos of the packaging and product immediately. Contact us within 24 hours at +91-8003467285 or care@powernosh.com. We will arrange free replacement or full refund after verification. Keep the product in refrigerator until our team advises.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds if your doctor changes your prescription after you've placed the order. Once a medicine has been delivered, it cannot be restocked for safety reasons. We recommend ordering only after confirming your treatment plan with your doctor, or ordering smaller quantities initially.
For cold-chain products (Tirzepatide): Refusing delivery is strongly discouraged as the product cannot be returned to stock safely. No refund will be provided for refused cold-chain deliveries. For non-cold-chain items: Refund may be processed minus shipping charges (both ways) after the product returns to our warehouse in original condition.
For COD order refunds, please share the following details via WhatsApp or email: (1) Bank Account Number, (2) IFSC Code, (3) Account Holder Name (must match the order name), (4) Bank Name & Branch. Refund will be processed via NEFT/IMPS within 7-10 business days after verification. We do not process cash refunds.
If you've already submitted a GST invoice to your insurance company for reimbursement and later receive a refund, you must inform your insurer. We will issue a Credit Note for your records. Using the original invoice for claims after receiving a refund may be considered insurance fraud. Please coordinate with your insurance provider accordingly.
If your refund hasn't arrived within the mentioned timeline, please: (1) Check your bank/payment app for the credit, (2) Contact your bank to verify no pending transactions, (3) Reach out to us at +91-8003467285 with your Order ID and refund reference number. We'll trace the transaction and resolve within 24-48 hours. In rare cases, bank processing delays may extend the timeline by 2-3 days.
Unfortunately, medicine exchanges are not possible once delivered, even for different strengths or dosages. This is due to pharmaceutical safety regulations â we cannot verify that the returned product was stored correctly. If your doctor recommends a different dose, you'll need to place a new order. We recommend confirming your dosage with your doctor before ordering.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India and complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, E-Commerce Rules, 2020, and applicable pharmaceutical regulations.
The restrictions on medicine returns are mandated by pharmaceutical safety laws to protect patient health and are not arbitrary business policies. PowerNosh reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
